摘 要:种苗生产具有工作区域广、生产工序复杂、人力消耗大的特点,随着市场需求的提升,降低人力成本比例、提高生产效率是亟需解决的重要问题。智能物流车(AGV)的应用实现了远距离无人运载、数字化精准定位,提高了生产效率,节约了劳动力,降低了人力成本,增强了园区的示范功能,提升了整个产业的装备水平。智能物流车可替代司机进行无人运输,同时避免了某些高温环境对工人的人身危害,相比其自身的成本具有积极的实际意义,有一定的推广价值。Seedling production has the characteristics of wide working area,complex production processes and large manpower consumption.With the increase of market demand,reducing the proportion of labor costs and improving production efficiency is an important problem needed to be solved urgently.Automatic guided vehicle(AGV)which has made remote unmanned and digital precise positioning realized could improve production efficiency,save labor,reduce labor costs,enhance the demonstration function of the park and enhance the equipment level of the whole industry.AGV could replace the driver for unmanned transport,and it also can avoid the harm of some high temperature environment to the workers.Compared with its own cost,AGV has positive practical significance and promotion value to some extent.
