摘 要:目的 探讨老年非活动性乙肝病毒携带者发生营养风险的影响因素.方法 收集老年非活动性乙肝病毒携带者97例.采用单因素分析比较性别、婚姻状况、便秘、糖尿病、低蛋白饮食、贫血、功能性消化不良、年龄、抑郁评分的差异.采用logistic回归分析老年非活动性乙肝病毒携带者发生营养风险的影响因素.结果 本组97例患者54例存在营养风险(54/97).单因素分析显示:营养风险组与营养正常组比较,低蛋白饮食(χ^2=12.499,P=0.001)、功能性消化不良(χ^2=4.116,P=0.042)、年龄(χ^2=11.957,P=0.001)差别有统计学意义.多因素分析结果显示,低蛋白饮食、年龄是老年非活动性乙肝病毒携带者营养风险发生的影响因素.结论 对于老年非活动性乙肝病毒携带者,高龄和低蛋白饮食是营养风险的危险因素.Objective To investigate the related factors for nutritional risk in elderly inactive HBsAg carriers. Methods Ninety-seven elderly patients of inactive HBsAg carriers were enrolled. Univariate analysis was performed to compare the differences in the incidence of nutritional risk among the patients with different sex, marital status, and with constipation, diabetes, low-protein diet, anemia, functional dyspepsia, age and self-rating depression scale. The related factors for nutritional risk were identified with multivariate logistic regression analysis. Results The nutritional risk developed in 54 of the 97 patients (54/97). Univariate comparative analysis demonstrated that there were significant differences in the low-protein diet (χ^2=12.499, P=0.001), functional dyspepsia (χ^2=4.116, P=0.042) and age (χ^2=11.957, P=0.001) between the nutrition risk group and the normal nutrition group. In multivariate analysis, the low-protein diet and age were the related factors for nutritional risk in elderly inactive HBsAg carriers. Conclusions For elderly inactive HBsAg carriers, age and low protein diet were the risk factors for nutritional risk.
