摘 要:目的 明确四川省乐山市一起学校急性胃肠炎暴发疫情的病原及基因型别,并对其基因特征进行初步研究.方法 采集暴发病例的粪便标本3份、呕吐物标本3份和健康儿童的粪便标本6份,采用实时荧光RT-PCR检测诺如病毒基因,诺如病毒阳性标本采用传统RT-PCR扩增并进一步测序分型.结果 诺如病毒实时荧光RT-PCR结果显示6份病例标本均检出诺如病毒阳性,基因序列比对和进化分析结果显示,6份均为G□.2基因型.结论 该起急性胃肠炎暴发疫情由G□.2诺如病毒引起.Objective To investigate the genotypes and genetic characteristics of the pathogens associated with an outbreak of acute gastroenteritis in Leshan city,Sichuan province.Methods Three stool samples and 3 vomitus samples from an acute gastroenteritis outbreak and 6 stool samples from healthy children were collected.Norovirus nucleic acid was detected by real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.The positive samples were amplified by conventional reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction and the amplicons were sequenced.Results Six samples from the acute gastroenteritis outbreak were positive for norovirus.Sequence alignment and phylogenetic analysis showed that these 6 strains of virus belonged to G □.2 genotype.Conclusions This outbreak of acute gastroenteritis was caused by genotype G □.2 norovirus.
