摘 要:中医学理论的"证"是中医通过观察病象和整体观思维来认识疾病的独特方式,是中医诊断治疗的基础。"证"在机体病症产生、发展、转化过程中是动态变化的。基因组学的不断发展提供了系统认识"证"本质的可能性。血瘀证是"证"的一大分类,其治疗思路和方法在现代临床心脑血管疾病治疗中应用较广,显示了中医治疗的独特效果。而辨证的不明确始终是对血瘀证认识和治疗的制约因素。利用最新的基因组学理论,特别是应用高通量的基因芯片技术筛选与之相关的关键基因群并以此构建差异基因的表达谱,使血瘀证有了客观科学的定性依据,能够正确诊断和施药治疗。本文就血瘀证的差异基因表达谱的研究进行系统的综述。ZHENG of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) theory is the unique way to understand diseases through observing morbid phenomena in the holistic view, and is the basis of diagnosis and treatment for TCM. ZHENG is dynamic in the process of diseases' production, development and transformation. To understand ZHENG's essence systematicly is a possibility by the continuous development ofgenomics. The therapy thought and method for blood stasis syndrome (BSS), a major classification of ZHENG, is widely used in treatment of cardiovascular diseases in clinic, and reflects the unique advantage of TCM therapy. Ambiguous differentiation of syndrome has long restricted the recognition and treatment of BSS. The latest genomics theory, especially the application of high-throughput gene chip technology make it possible to objectively define and accurately diagnose or cure BSS by screening BSS related key genetic group and establishing differential gene expression profile. This text systematically review the recent literatures on the study of differential gene expression profile of BSS.
