急诊重症患者的异常心理反应与对策

摘　　要：目的:研究急诊重症患者的异常心理反应,并分析其应对措施,辅助临床治疗和抢救患者。方法:将本院2015年4月-2016年4月诊治的110例急诊重症患者均分为研究组和对照组各55例,对照组给予针对性地抢救治疗,研究组在对照组的治疗上,分析其心理特征并采取专业性心理干预。心理健康水平、简易精神状态量表(MMSE)、临床疗效对比。结果:专业性心理干预后,研究组心理健康评分总分,明显高于对照组心理健康评分总分(t=4.3675,P<0.001);研究组的总有效率为90.38%,对照组总有效率为74.51%,与研究组比较(χ~2=4.50.P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。研究组的MMSE评分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:及时了解急诊重症患者的心理问题,并提供专业性的心理干预,可有效提高患者的抢救成功率和有效率,进而减少风险事件。Objective：To study abnormal psychological reaction of EICU patients,and analyze corresponding treatment,so as to assist the clinical treatment and rescue for patients.Methods：A total of 110 cases of EICU patients admitted by our hospital since April 2014 to April 2016 were divided into research group and control group with 55 cases for each.Particular rescue treatment was provided for control group,meanwhile,as for treatment for research group,analysis on psychological features and professional psychological intervention was provided in addition to the treatment of control group.Comparison of mental health status,mini-mental state examination（MMSE）and clinical effects were made.Results：After the professional psychological intervention,the total mental health scoring of research group was higher than that of control group（t=4.3675,P0.001）.The total effect of research group was90.38% while that of the control group was 74.1%,the difference was significant（χ~2=4.50.P0.05）.The MMSE scores of research group and the control group had no difference.Conclusion：A timely knowlegement for psychological problem of EICU patients and professional psychological intervention will effectively improve the success rate of rescue for patients,reducing risk incidences.
