萨提亚模式团体辅导对自闭症儿童家长亲职压力的干预

摘　　要：目的:探讨萨提亚模式团体辅导对自闭症儿童家长亲职压力的干预效果。方法:采用亲职压力简表对自闭症儿童家长进行前测,筛选亲职压力程度较高且自愿参加的11名家长(实验组6人,对照组5人),对实验组进行8次萨提亚模式团体辅导,团体结束后对两组进行后测,并对实验组进行焦点团体访谈。结果:对照组前后测亲职压力水平无显著差异(P>0.05);实验组在亲职压力总分与亲职愁苦维度压力水平显著降低(Z=-2.20,-2.02;P<0.05);实验组和对照组在团体辅导前后亲职压力总分差值边缘显著(U=4.50,P=0.05);焦点访谈结果反映实验组成员对干预评价较好,成员自身也认为发生了一些正向转变。结论:萨提亚模式团体辅导能有效降低自闭症儿童家长亲职压力水平。Objective：To investigate the effect of satir model group counseling intervention for parents of children with autism parenting stress.Methods：Using parenting stress index/short form before intervention,screening 11 voluntary parents with high degree of parenting stress（6 for intervention group and 5 for control group）;the experimental group were invited to Satir Model group counseling intervention and later a focus group interviews,after the intervention two groups were measured.Results：No significantly difference in the control group on parenting stress between the pre-test and post test（P0.05）was found;after group counseling,the level of parenting stress and parenting distress were significantly decreased in the experiment group（Z=-2.20,-2.023;P0.05）;the main effect of the intervention on parenting stress was marginally significant（U =4.50,P =0.054）,the difference of scores change between the pre-test and post test between experiment group and control group was statistically significant;the group members in focus interview gave highly evaluation to the group counseling,the members themselves also thought that there were some positive changes.Conclusion：Satir Model group counseling can effectively reduce the parenting stress levels of parents of children with autism.
