心理护理和人文关怀对儿科病人的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析儿科护理中采用心理护理和人文关怀的临床效果。方法:选择2015年6月-2016年6月我院儿科收治的100例肺炎患儿为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组各50例。予以对照组常规治疗与护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用心理护理和人文关怀。分析两组生活质量评分,比较两组护患纠纷发生率及护理满意度。结果:护理后观察组生活质量评分中躯体功能分、心理功能分、生活功能评分分分别较对照组分高,差异均具有统计学意义(t=3.890,4.975,4.412;P<0.05);观察组护患纠纷发生率为2.00%,显著低于对照组的16.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为96.00%,显著高于对照组的74.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.490,P=0.002)。结论:儿科护理中采用心理护理和人文关怀的临床效果佳,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of psychological nursing and humanistic care in pediatric nursing.Methods：A total of 100 cases of pneumonia in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 as the research object,were divided into the observation group（n=50）and control group（n=50）by using a random number table method.The control group was given routine treatment and nursing.The observation group was given psychological nursing and humanistic care on the basis of the treatment and nursing of the control group.The quality of life scores of two groups were analyzed and the incidence of nursing disputes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results：The body function,psychological function,and life function score in observation group were higher than that in the control group（t=3.890,4.975,4.412,P0.001）;nursing disputes rate in observation group was 2%,significantly lower than that in the control group,which was 16%（P0.05）;nursing satisfaction of observation group was 96%,significantly higher than 74% in the control group（χ~2=9.490,P0.01）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of psychological nursing and humanistic care in pediatric nursing is good.
