原花青素联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨葡萄籽提取物原花青素联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法选择100例小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患者,按随机分组原则分为对照组和观察组,两组均为50例。对照组在常规治疗基础上联合孟鲁司特钠,观察组在对照组基础上加用葡萄籽提取物原花青素联合治疗。观察两组临床症状改善时间,评价治疗疗效。结果观察组患儿的哮喘持续时间、咳嗽及肺部哮鸣音消失时间明显短于对照组,观察组患儿的FVC,FEV1以及PEF改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组总有效率为62.00%,观察组总有效率为92.00%,对照组的总有效率低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论葡萄籽提取物原花青素联合孟鲁司特钠治疗能够较早改善咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿症状,有效改善患者肺功能,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of grape seed extract procyanidins combined with montelukast in the treatment of young children with cough variant asthma. Methods 100 cases of pediatric cough variant asthma patients were divided into control group（n=50） and observation group（n=50）, according to the principle of random grouping. The control group was treated with montelukast sodium combined with conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with grape seed extract procyanidins combined therapy based on the treatment of the control group. The improvement time of clinical symptoms of the two groups was observed. And the therapeutic effect was evaluated. Results The duration of asthma, the disappearance time of cough and wheeze in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group. The improvement of FVC, FEV1 and PEF in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. The total effective rate was 62.00% in the control group and 92.00% in the observation group. The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Grape seed extract procyanidins combined with montelukast sodium can improve the symptoms of children with cough variant asthma early and improve the pulmonary function of patients effectively, which has remarkable treatment effect and deserves clinical promotion.
