摘　　要：目的探讨综合性护理在人工心脏瓣膜置换术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月~2016年10月本院接诊的人工心脏瓣膜置换术患者80例,将其随机分为对照组、观察组,每组40例。对照组患者和观察组患者术后各进行常规护理干预及综合性护理干预,比较两组患者住院时间与护理满意度。结果观察组的住院时间为(13.21±1.94)d,明显短于对照组的(25.36±4.23)d。观察组的满意度97.50%明显高于对照组80.00%。结论人工心脏瓣膜置换术患者术后采取综合护理干预,显著提高临床治疗效果,缩短患者住院时间,提高满意度。Objective To investigate the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with artificial heart valve replacement. Methods 80 patients undergoing artificial heart valve replacement in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in control group and observation group received routine nursing intervention and comprehensive nursing intervention after operation, respectively. The hospitalized time and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared. Results The hospitalized time in the observation group（13.21±1.94）d was significantly shorter than that in the control group（25.36±4.23）d. The satisfaction in the observation group（97.50%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（80.00%）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention taken in patients with artificial heart valve replacement significantly improves the clinical effect, shortens the hospitalization time and improves the satisfaction.
