抗菌肽替代抗生素在肉鸡生产上的应用

摘　　要：本试验旨在研究抗菌肽（商品名：梭力克）替代10％亚甲基水杨酸杆菌肽预混剂对肉鸡坏死性肠炎的防制效果及生长性能的影响。将15日龄肉鸡随机分为4个试验组，每组1000只。各2个重复。试验1组饲喂基础日粮添加梭力克lOOmg／kg：试验2组饲喂基础日粮添加梭力克200mg／kg；对照1组鸡作为空白对照组，饲喂基础日粮；对照2组饲喂基础日粮添加10％亚甲基双水杨酸杆菌肽预混剂50mg／kg（100mg／kg以有效成分计）。试验时间21天。得出肉鸡日粮中添加梭立克，明显地提高肉鸡生长性能。有效降低死淘率。This article aimed to compare the influence of antimicrobial peptide （products Name： Suolike ） to replace bacitracin methylen on control and prevention of necrotic enteritis, growth performance of broilers. 4 000 15d-old broilers were randomly assigned into 4 treatment group, each treatment with 2 repeats and each repeat 500 broilers. Dietary treatments including： contro group （basal diet） ; antibiotics group （basal diet ＋ 10% baeitracin methylen 50 mg/kg） ; antimicrobial peptide group 1 （basal diet ＋ Suolike 100mg/kg） ; antimicrobial peptide group 2 （basal diet ＋ Suolike ternatives to bacitrain 200mg/kg ）. Results showed that Suolike could be an ideal feed additives al- methylen on promoting broilers growth performance and decreasing mortality.
