摘　　要："一带一路"战略的实施,着力于打造我国与沿线国家的经济合作关系,为我国企业的对外投资和发展提供了有利的途径。"一带一路"战略实施后,我国的对外贸易和海外投资金额得到了大幅提升,中国企业的海外投资力度明显增大。在海外投资活动中,中国企业如何有效地规避投资风险、实现企业的健康稳定发展,是企业和相关机构的长久课题。The implementation of the strategy of ＂the Belt and Road＂ aims to build economic cooperation between China and regional countries along ,to provoide usedul road for the overseas investigation and development of Chinese enterprise. After the implementation of the strategy of ＂the Belt and Road＂, China＇s foreign trade and overseas investment amount have been greatly improved, and the overseas investment of Chinese enterprises has increased significantly. In overseas investment activities, how Chinese enterprises effectively avoid investment risk and realize the healthy and stable development of enterprises is a long-term issue for enterprises and related institutions.
