张素芳小儿推拿取穴组方学术特点分析

摘　　要：介绍张素芳小儿推拿取穴组方的学术特点。张素芳认为小儿推拿精准取穴组方的基础是:识病机,明医理。取穴组方应从以下几个方面考虑:阴平阳秘为本,气机调畅为要,清补结合为法,六腑通降为用。除此之外在操作时还应注意谨护小儿正气。The academic features of Professor ZHANG Sufang prescribing acu-points in pediatric tuina was introduced. Professor ZHANG Sufang holds that the basis for accurately prescribing acu-points in pediatric tuina is as follows：understanding the disease mechanism and therapeutic principles. When prescribing acu-points,the following should be considered：balance of yin and yang is the root,and qi movement is the most important,and combination of clearing and tonifying as the major method,and six fu-organs should be unblocked and descending. Besides,during tuina manipulation,healthy qi of the child should be emphasized.
