摘  要:目的:测定巴西苏木素和原苏木素B在马钱子配伍苏木(马苏)不同比例水煎剂中的含量变化。方法:制备马苏煎液1∶6组、1∶8组、1∶12组以及1∶24组,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测巴西苏木素和原苏木素B含量的变化。色谱柱为Agilent SBC18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%醋酸,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为285 nm。结果 :经检测马苏煎液中两种化学成分的线性范围保持在0.025~1.50 mg/mL,两者的相对保留值是0.9997。结论:证明了不同比例的马苏水煎液中巴西苏木素与原苏木素B的含量均保持在梯度式升高的趋势上。Objective:To determine the content change of brazilin and protosappanin B in the combination of Semen Strychni and Lignum Sappan with different proportion in the water decoction. Methods:The water decoction was of different proportion at 1:6,1:8,1:12 and 1:24. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine the content change of brazilin and protosappanin B. The column was Agilent SBC18(250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm),the flow phase was methanol-acetic acid(0.1% ),the flow velocity was 1.0 mL/ min, and the detection wavelength was 285 nm. Results :The linearity range of brazilin and protosappanin B was from 0.025 mg/ml to 1.50mg/mL,and the relative retention was 0.9997. Conclusion:The experimental resuits show that in different proportion of water decoction of Semen Strychni and Lignum Sappan,the contents of brazilin and protosappanin B tend to increase in gradient.
