综合性护理干预对广泛期肺癌病人化疗用药期生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探索分析针对广泛期肺癌化疗病人实施护理干预的方法及对病人生活质量的影响效果。方法将我科2016年4月-2016年11月期间收治的广泛期肺癌化疗病人90例作为研究对象并实施分组护理,对照组(45例)予以一般常规护理,研究组(45例)予以综合性护理干预。以欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生活质量(EORTCQLQ-C30)量表评估两组的生活质量,并进行组间比较。结果实施相应护理后,研究组相关功能量表评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);症状量表评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);其单一症状量表中腹泻、便秘、失眠、纳差评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对广泛期肺癌化疗病人实施综合性护理干预,能够有效改善病人的生活质量,对促进病人预后具有积极意义。Objective To explore the value of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with extensive lung cancer receiving chemotherapy. Methods From April to November 2016,90 elderly patients with extensive lung cancer receiving chemotherapy were enrolled in this study. They were divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing,and the research group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The quality of life of two groups was assessed and compared. Results After the implementation of the corresponding nursing care,the relative functional score of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）,and the symptom score was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）; the scores of the diarrhoea,constipation,and insomniacs were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with extensive lung cancer receiving chemotherapy can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and have a positive effect on the prognosis of patients.
