摘　　要：目的建立癌痛规范化护理模式的各项护理措施、流程和制度,研究规范化护理模式对老年肿瘤疼痛病人的疼痛治疗效果以及对生活质量的影响。方法以住院老年肿瘤病人为研究对象,分成规范化护理组和常规护理组,用简明疼痛调查表和疼痛护理记录单以及世界卫生组织生存质量测定简表中文版调查病人在治疗前后的疼痛程度和生存质量情况。结果规范化护理组和常规护理组治疗后的疼痛评分和疼痛缓解程度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以老年肿瘤疼痛病人为对象的应用实践表明采用规范化的护理模式能有效缓解疼痛、提升生活质量。Objective To construct the nursing measures, processes and regulations of standardized nursing model for the patients with cancer, and to study the effect of application of standardized nursing model on pain management and quality of life in elderly patients with tumor pain.Methods The elderly patients with cancer pain were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group and control group respectively. The experimental group received standardized nursing model,and the control group received conventional nursing. Brief pain inventory, pain nursing records and WHOQOL-BREF were used to analyze the results. Results The scores of pain and the degree of pain relief showed significant difference between two groups after treatment（ P 0. 05）. Conclusions The practice of the standardized nursing model in elderly patients with cancer pain could effectively relieve the pain and improve the quality of life.
