摘  要:以各种水果皮为原料,采用自制家用自动破碎堆肥器进行了人工堆肥,全面观察堆肥过程中与腐熟度有关的物化与生物指标的变化,同时采用模糊综合分析法评价了堆肥腐熟度。结果表明:在37℃恒温堆肥下,以4∶1的果皮与有效微生物(EM)质量比进行堆肥,在堆肥熟化期内,pH值先减小后增大;有效磷含量先增加后下降;固体果皮中氨氮的含量先增加后下降;第12d时可以观察到发酵液颜色开始向浑浊方向变化、pH值已经超过8,说明该环境已经不适合微生物生长且有部分微生物已经死亡,故据此该反应器堆肥周期为12d。The number of kitchen waste has gradually increased, so the processing problem of kitchen waste has been paid more and more attention. In this study, various kinds of fruit peel were used as raw materials and the self -- made household automatic crushing compost was used for artificial composting. The changes of physicochemical and biological indexes related to the maturity were observed comprehensively and the compost maturity was evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive analysis. The results showed that the composting rate of 4. 1 peel and effective microbes (EM) in 37OC constant temperature composting increased the pH value before and after composting, while the effective phosphorus content increased first and then decreased. The content of ammonia nitrogen in the peel increased first and then decreased. On the 12th day, it was observed that the color of the fermentation broth began to turbid.The pHexceeded 8 and some microorganisms died indicating that the posting cycle is 12 days
