摘 要:为了探明库源关系对水稻叶绿素含量及叶绿素a/b值的影响,在水稻抽穗期,剪去穗部1/3枝梗,形成不同的库源比,测定了叶绿素a、b含量、比值及总含量。结果表明:与汕优63相比,两优培九库源比较大,库源矛盾突出,抽穗期叶片叶绿素含量下降较快,后期叶绿素a/b值显著增加;剪去穗部1/3枝梗,降低库源比,能明显减缓两组合叶片叶绿素含量下降,降低叶绿素a/b,源更不足的两优培九较汕优63更为明显,说明库源比越大,叶绿素a/b上升越快。In order to investigate the effects of source sink relationship on rice chlorophyll content and chlorophyll a/b value, in the heading stage of rice, the 1/3 branch of ears was cut off.Different source sink ratio was formatted tode- termine the chlorophyll a, b content, chlorophyll a/b value and the chlorophyll total content. The results showed that compared with Shanyou 63, Liangyoupeijiu had a greater sink source ratio.The contradictions of source and sink was prominent. Chlorophyll content in leaves decreased rapidly at heading stagewhilechlorophyll a/b value increased sig- nificantly in later stage~ Cutting off 1/3 branches and reducing sink source ratio could significantly slow down the re- duction ofchlorophyll content.Chlorophyll a/b in leaves of two combinations was also reduced.Liangyoupeijiu with an insufficient source is more obvious than Shanyou 63, which indicated that the greater the ratio of source to sink is, the faster the chlorophyll a/b increases
