水资源利用与产业结构演进的关系检验——基于超效DEA和PECM的分析

摘　　要：首先运用超效DEA模型测算三次产业的全要素水资源利用效率,然后利用我国2004-2015年间的省际面板数据,建立面板误差修正模型,检验水资源利用与产业结构演进的关系,研究发现:水资源利用与产业结构演进存在协整关系;这种长期稳定关系在三次产业间的短期调节和长期效应不尽相同.By using the panel data of 31 provinces from 2004 to 2015,this paper establishes a panel error corrected model and studies the effects of water resources utilization and industrial structure evolution.The results show that there is long-run co-integration relationship between them and the long-term stability relationship between the short-term adjustment and longterm effect is not the same.
