摘 要:目的探讨肥胖型与非肥胖型2型糖尿病患者心率变异性的特点。方法选取70例肥胖型2型糖尿病患者作为A组,选取70例非肥胖型2型糖尿病患者作为B组,另选取70例正常健康体检者作为C组。对所有入选对象行24 h动态心电图检查,比较心率变异性的时域指标。结果 A组患者和B组患者SDNN、SDANN水平低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);A组患者SDNN、SDANN水平低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者和B组患者RMSSD、PNN50水平低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01);A组患者RMSSD、PNN50水平低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肥胖可加重2型糖尿病患者的自主神经功能损害,即增强交感神经活性,并降低迷走神经活性,这可能将增加心血管疾病发生的风险。Objective To analyze the heart rate variability of obese and non - obese patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus. Methods Seventy obese patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus were selected as group A. Seventy non - obese patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus were selected as group B. Seventy healthy people were selected as group C. They were all monitored by dynamic e- lectrocardiogram for 24 hours. The indexes of time domain of HRV were collected and compared. Results The levels of SDNN and SDANN in group A and group B were both lower than group C (P 〈 0. 05), and the levels of SDNN and SDANN in group A were lower than group B (P〈0. 05). The levels of RMSSD and PNN50 in group A and group B were both lower than group C (P 〈 0. 01 ), and the level of RMSSD and PNN50 in group A were lower than group B (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Obesity can increase the damage of autonomic nerve function in type 2 diabetic patients, which may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease.
