丹参酮注射液联合缬沙坦对高血压肾损害患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨丹参酮注射液联合缬沙坦对高血压肾损害患者血压、血肌酐、血清胱抑素C及尿蛋白水平的影响。方法选取本院2014年5月-2016年5月收治的高血压肾损害患者200例,依据随机数字表法将这些患者分为丹参酮注射液联合缬沙坦治疗组(联合治疗组,n=100)和缬沙坦治疗组(单独治疗组,n=100)两组,对两组患者的血压、血肌酐、血清胱抑素C及尿蛋白水平、临床疗效进行统计分析。结果联合治疗组患者的血压、血肌酐、24 h尿蛋白水平均显著低于单独治疗组(P<0.05),治疗的总有效率90.0%(90/100)显著高于单独治疗组67.0%(67/100)(P<0.05)。结论丹参酮注射液联合缬沙坦能够有效降低高血压肾损害患者的血压、血肌酐及尿蛋白水平,提高临床疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of tanshinone injection combined with valsartan on blood pressure, serum creatinine,serum cystatin C and urinary protein in patients with hypertensive nephropathy. Methods 200 cases of patients with hypertensive nephropathy treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were randomly divided into tanshinone injection group combined with valsartan group（n = 100） and valsartan treatment group（n = 100）. The blood pressure, serum creatinine, serum cystatin C and urine protein level and clinical curative effect were analyzed statistically. Results The blood pressure, serum creatinine and 24 h urinary protein in the combination group were significantly lower than those in the treatment group alone（P 0.05）. The total effective rate was 90.0%（90/100） in the treatment group compared with that in the treatment group alone（67.0%, 67/100）（P0.05）. Conclusion Tanshinone injection combined with valsartan can effectively reduce the blood pressure, serum creatinine and urinary protein in hypertensive patients with renal damage, and improve the clinical curative effect.
