间断不拆线缝合法在会阴侧切中的临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的对比分析会阴切口间断不拆线缝合法与传统术口缝合法临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月—2017年6月我院产科收治的300例经阴道会阴侧切分娩产妇为研究对象,采用信封法随机分为甲、乙、丙三组,每组各100例,甲组采用间断不拆线外缝法,乙组采用丝线外缝后拆除法,丙组采用可吸收线包埋法,分别观察三组产妇的术口感染率、缝合时间、术口异物感时间,住院时间及产妇满意度。结果甲组产妇护理满意度及各临床疗效指标(术口缝合时间、术口异物感时间、住院时间)均明显优于乙组、丙组(P<0.05);乙组与丙组护理满意度及各临床疗效指标比较(P>0.05);甲组术口感染率与丙组比较(P<0.05),但甲组与乙组、乙组与丙组之间比较(P>0.05)。结论会阴术口间断不拆线缝合法能缩短缝合时间及术口异物感时间,且明显减少住院时间,产妇护理满意度较高,取得相对于传统会阴术口缝合法更显著的疗效。值得临床推广运用。Objective Comparative analysis of perineal incision without removing the suture method and traditional intermittent incision suture clinical curative effect. Methods Transvaginal perineal side from January 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital treated 300 cases of incision delivery as the research object, randomly divided into A, B, C three groups using envelope method, 100 cases in each group, using discontinuous stitch stitches, group B with external thread joint after remov- al, group C by absorbable thread embedding method, respectively. The three groups were observed in the wound infection rate, suture time, foreign body sensation time, hospitalization time and maternal satisfaction. Results The group of maternal nursing satisfaction and clinical curative effect index： incision suture time, foreign body sensation and hospitalized time were significantly better than group B and group C （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; Group B and group C and the clinical nursing satisfaction index （ P 〉 O. 05 ） ; Group A was compared with group C with taste rate （ P 〈 0.05 ） , but the group A and group B, group B and group C comparison （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Postoperative mouth interrupted perineal suture stitches can shorten suture time and postoperative foreign body sensation, and obviously reduce the hospitalization time, maternal care satisfaction is higher, compared with the traditional surgery has perineal seam effect significantly more legitimate. It is worthy of clinical ap- nlication.
