健脾益肾养阴方联合不同血液透析方式治疗终末期糖尿病肾病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨健脾益肾养阴方联合不同血液透析方式治疗终末期糖尿病肾病的临床价值差异。方法收集2014年7月—2015年12月终末期糖尿病肾病患者42例,随机分为HDF组(n=21)和HD组(n=21)。HDF组采用持续低效缓慢血液透析方法进行治疗,HD组采用普通血液透析方法进行治疗,两组患者均给予健脾益肾养阴方,观察两组患者治疗前后临床价值差异。结果治疗8个月后HDF组患者临床症状改善优于HD组;HDF组治疗总有效率优于HD组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论终末期糖尿病肾病患者采用持续低效缓慢血液透析法联合健脾益肾养阴方进行治疗可使血糖水平降低,明显改善治疗效果。Objective To investigate the clinical value of Jianpi Yishen Yangyin prescription combined with different hemodialysis methods in the treatment of end - stage diabetic nephropathy. Methods 42 patients with end - stage diabetic nephropathy from July 2014 to December 2015 were enrolled. The trial group was treated with sustained, inefficient and slow hemodialysis. The control group was treated by ordinary hemodialysis method. Two groups of patients were given Jianpi Yish- en Yang Yin prescription, and clinical value was observed in both groups before and after treatment. Results The improve- ment of clinical symptoms in HDF group was better than that of HD group alter 8 months of treatment. The total effective rate of HDF group was better than that of HD group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of end - stage diabetic nephropathy patients with sustained, inefficient and slow hemodialysis combined with Jianpi Yishen Yangyin prescription can reduce the blood glucose level, significantly improve the treatment effect.
