摘 要:目的探讨从鹿茸中提取鹿茸多肽的最佳提取方法。方法分别采用匀浆法和超声破碎法在新鲜鹿茸中提取鹿茸多肽(velvet antler polypeptiddes,VAP),对提取时间及提取后鹿茸多肽的蛋白质浓度进行比较分析。结果采用胶体磨匀浆法所得数据为:当匀浆6 h后,提取得到的鹿茸多肽蛋白质浓度为0.42 mg/m L;采用超声破碎的方法时,当超声40 min时,鹿茸多肽蛋白质浓度为1.61 mg/m L,其蛋白质浓度是应用匀浆法提取时的4倍。结论 2种方法相比,采用超声破碎的方法提取鹿茸多肽,不仅可以节约时间,而且提高了鹿茸多肽的提取量,是较为理想的鹿茸多肽的提取方式。Objective To study the best extraction method of velvet antler polypeptides from pilose antler. Methods The velvet antler polypeptides were extracted from fresh antler by homogenate method and ultrasonic crushing method, and the extraction time and protein concentration of velvet antler polypeptides(VAP) were compared.Results The data obtained by colloid mill homogenate method were as follows: when the homogenate was 6 h, the protein concentration of velvet antler polypeptide was 0.42 mg/m L; when ultrasonic 40 min was used, the protein concentration of velvet antler polypeptide was 1.61 mg/m L, and the protein concentration was four times as high as that of homogenate extraction. Conclusion Compared with the two methods, the method of ultrasonic extraction of VAP, can not only save time, but also improve the extraction rate of antler polypeptide, is an ideal way to extract the antler polypeptide.
