针刺结合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗血瘀型膝骨性关节炎

摘　　要：目的观察针刺结合玻璃酸钠治疗血瘀型膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取2013年11月-2015年12月康复科患者72例,随机分为针刺组(n=24例)、玻璃酸钠组(n=24例),治疗组(n=24例)。分别采取针刺治疗、玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射及二者相结合治疗,评定效果采取视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及膝关节骨性关节炎效果判定标准(JOA)。结果治疗组治疗后疼痛程度、肿胀程度、活动度明显优于针刺组及玻璃酸钠组。结论针刺结合玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射治疗血瘀型膝关节骨性关节炎效果较单纯针刺及玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射疗效明显,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis. Methods Select 72 patients from Nov.2013 to Dec. 2015,they were randomly divided into acupuncture group（n=24 cases）, sodium hyaluronate group（n=24 cases）, treatment group（n=24 cases）.Take the acupuncture treatment, intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate and combination therapy, to evaluate the effect of taking the visual analogue scale（VAS） criteria for knee osteoarthritis（JOA）. Results The pain degree, swelling degree and mobility of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the acupuncture group and sodium hyaluronate group. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of blood stasis type of knee osteoarthritis has obvious curative effect, is worthy of clinical promotion.
