水穴埋线配合闪罐治疗脾虚湿阻型肥胖并发高脂血症随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察水穴埋线配合闪罐治疗脾虚湿阻型肥胖并发高脂血症的临床疗效。方法选择180例肥胖并发高脂血症患者,随机分为治疗组60例、对照1组60例、对照2组60例。两组患者均接受基础饮食和运动治疗,对照1组在基础治疗的基础上给予苯扎贝特片,200 mg口服,3次/d;对照2组在基础治疗的基础上给予闪罐治疗;治疗组在对照2组的基础上给予水穴埋线。结果治疗组、对照1组、对照2组临床有效率分别为93.33%、76.67%、78.33%,3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组、对照1组和对照2组体重指数(BMI)、腰/臀比、腰围、体脂百分比分别为(25.53±4.13)(0.79±0.07)(85.54±9.51)(20.94±5.33);(30.66±4.61)(1.10±0.11)(108.79±9.65)(29.53±5.61);(31.42±5.02)(1.09±0.09)(107.40±9.49)(28.98±5.49),3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组、对照1组和对照2组中医症状总积分分别为(4.78±1.69)(12.93±2.54)(12.24±2.27),3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论水穴埋线配合闪罐具有减肥降脂双重作用,同时能够明显改善中医症状。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of water hole catgut embedding combined with cupping therapy for treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness retention obesity complicated with hyperlipidemia. Methods 180 cases of obesity complicated with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group（60 cases）, control group1（60 cases）, control group 2（60 cases）. Two groups were treated with basic diet and exercise therapy, the control group was given 1 Bezafibrate Tablets treatment on the basis of 200 mg, 3/d oral; control group 2 given cupping therapy on the basis of the basic treatment; the treatment group was given water hole embedding in the 2 groups based on the control group. Results The clinical effective rates of the group 2, the group 1 and the control group were 93.33%, 76.67% and 78.33%, and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. After treatment, BMI, waist/hip ratio, waist circumference, body fat percentage, high density lipoprotein（HDL-C） levels of the treatment group and the control group 1 and control group 2 were13,（25.53±4.13）（0.79±0.07）（85.54±9.51）（20.94±5.33）（30.66±4.61）（1.10±0.11）（108.79±9.65）（29.53±5.61）（31.42±5.02）（1.09±0.09）（107.40±9.49）（28.98±5.49）, there was statistically significant difference（P 0.05）. After treatment, the total score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group, the control group and the 2 groups were（4.78±1.69）（12.93±2.54） and（12.24±2.27）, and the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion Water hole catgut embedding combined with cupping therapy has a dual effect of weight loss and lipid-lowering, and can significantly improve symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.
