摘　　要：目的阐述虫类药搜剔通络法的历史沿革、相关的药理学研究、在现代骨伤科中的应用及注意事项。方法选取近年的核心医学期刊和相关的中医药书籍,从中收集搜剔通络虫类药在骨伤科疾病中的应用,综合论述其在相关疾病中的治疗优势。结果搜剔通络虫类药单味药物具有抗炎、抗血栓、消肿、促进周围血液循环等药理学作用,临床中可治疗多种病情顽固的骨伤科疾病,具有续筋接骨、缓解患处肿胀挛痛作用。结论具有搜剔通络的虫类药在骨伤科中应用广泛,合理运用可在临床实践中充分发挥中医药的优势。Objective To expound the history, related pharmacological research,the application in modern orthopedics and matters needing attention of Dredging meridians and collateral method of insect drugs. Methods To choose the core medical journals in recent years and the related Chinese medicine books to collect this application of insect drugs with Dredging meridians and collateral orthopedic diseases, comprehensively discuss its treatment advantages in related diseases. Results The insect drug with Dredging meridians and collateral has pharmacological effects of anti-inflammatory, anti thrombus, swelling-reducing, blood circulation promoting, clinical treatment of stubborn orthopedic diseases, reunion of fractured tendons and bones, and relieving swelling and pain. Conclusion The application of insect drugs with Dredging meridians and collateral has been used in orthopedics extensively and the rational use of traditional Chinese medicine can give full play to the advantages in clinical practice.
