摘 要:普通沉淀器处理含固粒径小、比重轻的污水时存在占地面积大、效率低的问题,提出一种新型锥盘旋流沉淀器用于污水处理。采用模拟软件Fluent 14.5对锥盘沉淀器内部旋涡、剪切力、湍动能和颗粒运动轨迹进行了模拟分析,表明:沉淀器内部旋涡尺寸及剪切力均减小;相比于普通沉淀器,锥盘沉淀器柱段区湍动能提高,锥段区湍动能降低;普通沉淀器内5μm颗粒在旋流作用下由内旋流进入溢流区,影响出水水质,而锥盘沉淀器中5μm颗粒则在锥盘作用下滑落到底流区。通过试验研究了锥盘旋流沉淀器的分离性能,试验结果表明:锥盘旋流沉淀器的悬浮物与浊度去除率分别提高14.66个百分点和30.27个百分点,处理量提高1.02倍。The ordinary settler has the problems of large occupation area and low efficiency when it is used to treat sewage with small solid particle size and light weight. A new type of cone disc cyclone settler for sewage treatment was proposed in this paper. The vortex, shear force, turbulent kinetic energy and particle motion trajectories inside the cone disk settler were simulated by using the software Fluent 14.5. The simulated results indicated that the internal vortex size and shear force decreased in the settler. Compared with the ordinary settler, the turbulent kinetic energy increased in the column section and decreased in the conical section. In the traditional settler, the 5μm particles entered the overflow zone from the internal swirl under the action of swirling flow, which affected the effluent quality; while in the cone disk settler, the 5μm particles slid down to the bottom region under the action of the cone. The separation performance of the cone disc cyclone settler was studied by experiments. The results showed that the removal rate of suspended matter and turbidity increased by 14.66 percentage point and 30.27 percentage point respectively, and the processing capacity increased by 1.02 times.
