摘  要:在分析膜污染和膜通量阻力的基础上,在不同条件下,研究对超滤膜分离处理生活污水过程中,通量阻力的变化规律。得出结论:在水回收率同样情况下,水压对膜通量有显著的影响,运行初期较高的水压使得膜表面物理污染增加较快,后期部分通量阻力被高水压抵消一部分,使得膜过滤效率增加;水回收率在70%左右能够使通量阻力维持在低水平;定期反冲洗可以降低通量阻力。Based on the analysis of membrane fouling and flux resistance, the variation law of flux resistance in the process of separation and treatment of domestic sewage by ultrafiltration membrane was studied under different conditions. It was concluded that under the same water recovery rate, the water pressure had a significant influence on the membrane flux. At the beginning of operation, the higher water pressure made the physical pollution of the membrane surface increase faster, and part of the flux resistance was offset by high water pressure at the latter of operation, which made the membrane filtration efficiency increase. The water recovery rate that could keep the flux resistance at a low level was about 70%, regular backwashing could reduce the flux resistance.
