摘 要:由于船舶压载水排放标准日益严苛,优化设计出效果更好的自动反冲洗过滤器越来越紧迫。采用CFD软件对自动反冲洗过滤器在300、400、450 m3/h的三种不同进水口流量下的流场进行模拟计算下,获得相应的流场云图,并对仿真结果值与过流试验值进行了比较。结果表明,仿真模拟结果与试验值相差不大,进水口流量的变化对过滤器流场影响不大,随着流量的增大,过滤器压差与速度差也相应增大,这些因素将影响过滤器的性能,为自动反冲洗过滤器的优化设计与流量选型提供必要的理论依据。As the ballast water discharge standard of ships is becoming more and more severe, it is more and more urgent to optimize the design of automatic back-flushing filter. The CFD software was used to simulate the flow field of automatic backflushing filter under three different inlet flow rate of 300, 400 and 450 m3/h, the corresponding flow field nephogram was obtained, and the simulation results were compared with the experimental value. The results showed that the simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental data and the variation of intake flow had little influence on the flow field of the filter. But with the increases of the flow rate, the velocity difference and pressure difference in the filter also increased correspondingly. These factors will affect the performance of the filter, and provide the necessary theoretical basis for the optimal design and flow selection of the automatic back-flushing filter.
