摘　　要：滤材并褶是滤芯常见的质量问题之一,它会造成有效过滤面积减小,导致压差急剧上升,缩短滤芯的使用寿命。对并褶原因进行分析,并针对不同类型滤材提出了有效可行的解决措施。Merging pleat of filtration material is one of the common quality problems of filter element, which will cause the reduction of effective filtration area, resulting in the sharp rise of pressure difference, as well as shortening the service life of the filter element. In this paper,the reasons of merging pleat were analyzed,meanwhile,the effective and feasible solutions were provided for different types of filtration material.
