产前超声诊断全前脑致颜面部畸形30例回顾性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨联合应用二维及三维超声进行全前脑致胎儿颜面部畸形的超声诊断,以提高此类畸形的产前检出率。方法对我院2015年1月至2017年9月产前超声诊断全前脑合并颜面部畸形的超声诊断资料、声像图特征及随访结果进行回顾性分析。结果共检出全前脑致颜面部畸形30例,其中,眼异常22例,鼻异常25例,唇裂(合并或不合并腭裂)16例,2处以上颜面部畸形26例,合并其他部位畸形20例。鞍鼻误诊为无鼻1例、漏诊腭裂2例。均经引产后随访证实。结论二维联合三维超声对全前脑致胎儿颜面部畸形的诊断具有重要价值。Objective：The ultrasonic diagnosis of fetal facial deformity caused by two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound was discussed,to improve the antenatal detection rate of such deformity. Methods：The ultrasonographic diagnostic data,sonographic features and follow-up results of the total anterior cerebral combined facial deformity were retrospectiveiy anaiyzed in our hospital from January 2015 to September 2017. Results：30 cases of facial deformity caused by the whole forebrain were detected,among them,there were 22 cases with abnormal eyes,25 cases of abnormal nose,16 cases of cleft lip（the combination or not of cleft palate）,26 cases of facial deformity at 2 or above,20 cases of malformation of other areas were combined.Annasal misdiagnosis was no nasal 1 cases,cleft palate cleft 2 cases,both were confirmed after the introduction. Conclusion：It is significant for the diagnosis of fetal face deformity caused by two-dimensional combined three-dimensional ultrasound.
