齿轮重合度对变速器传递误差影响分析

摘　　要：针对某型号手动变速器存在的31阶齿轮啸叫问题,以该齿轮副的传递误差为研究对象,利用CAE仿真分析,讨论了齿轮副的重合度对传递误差的影响。并针对重合度进行优化,改善传递误差,有效的降低了齿轮刚度激励。通过整车NVH试验验证,取得了明显的改善,为降低齿轮啸叫提供了一种有效途径。To improve the manual transmission 31th order gear whine issue, the gear-set transmission error was analyzed by the CAE simulation. The relationship between gear-set contact ratio and transmission error was discussed in this paper. Through modification for the gear-set contact ratio, the transmission error was improved significantly. The prototype gears were also validated on vehicle level NVH test and the gear whine was improved greatly.
