摘 要:从指导实际生产的角度,分析并总结出大型支承辊堆焊修复过程中的温度控制装置及温度控制方法,通过组合式温控炉的优化设计以及履带式加热片的分区控制方法,解决堆焊修复过程中温度散失、焊接过程中阶段性退火不便以及堆焊后退火温度不均匀的问题,使整个堆焊修复作业过程温度控制更加均匀、稳定,保证大型支承辊焊接质量及工作层硬度,大大延长了大型支承辊的使用周期。In this article, from the perspective of guiding the practical production, the temperature control devices and temper- ature control methods in the surfacing welding process of the large supporting roll are analyzed and summed up. Through opti- mization design of the combined temperature control furnace and the zone control method of the crawler-type heater plates, problems such as the temperature loss during the welding repair process, periodic inconvenient annealing in the welding process and uneven annealing temperature after surfacing welding are finally solved. Thus temperature control during the whole welding repair process could be more uniform and stable, so as to ensure the welding quality and working layer hardness of the large sunuorting roll. and greatlv nrolong the lifetime of sunnorting roller as well.
