摘　　要：针对公司JC70D绞车稀油集中润滑系统的现状,改进设计了一种新的润滑系统,介绍了该系统的工作原理及设计计算等。通过实际应用证明该系统可监测油位、油温、油压等信号,实现异常情况报警,减轻故障点排查工作,同时各润滑点的供油量可按需调节,可以满足不同工况下各点的需求。A new centralized lubrication system is designed and improved in this paper to meet requirements ot lubrication sys- tem for the JC70D drawworks. The working principle and design calculation of the system are introduced. The system can mo- nitor the signals such as oil level, oil temperature and oil pressure, and can realize the abnormal alarm to reduce the fault in- vestigation work ; meanwhile, the oil supply volume of lubricating points can be adjusted according to the needs so as to meet the needs under different conditions.
