摘  要:为分析不同土壤类型条件下灰枣枣果品质情况,以不同土壤类型为基础,选择5种不同土壤类型条件下的灰枣枣果品质进行测定,结果表明:从变异系数来看,平均单果质量、枣果可食率、可溶性蛋白质、果肉密度、可滴定酸、P含量差异较小;可溶性糖、糖酸比、单宁、N含量、cAMP(环磷酸腺苷)含量差异较为明显;通过因子分析法,可得4个公因子,4个因子累计方差贡献率为100%,能较为全面客观反映枣果品质。通过公因子得分与综合得分可知,潮土条件下灰枣枣果品质最好,其次是沼泽土、风沙土、草甸土、灌淤土,但不同土壤类型条件下的灰枣枣果品质不同单项指标可能表现出不同的优越性。In order to analyze fruit quality of gray jujube under different soil type conditions, on the basis of different soil types, fruit qualities of grey jujube under five soil type conditions were determined. The results showed that variation coefficients of average fruit mass, fruit edible rate, soluble protein, pulp density, titratable acid, P content had smaller differences; contents of soluble sugar, ratio of sugar to acid, tannins, N content, cAMP had more obvious differences; through the factor analysis, four common factors were obtained, and their cumulative variance contribution rate was 100%, so they could relatively comprehensive and objective reflect quality of jujube fruit. Based on common factor scores and comprehensive scores, fruit quality of grey jujube under the condition of moisture soil was the best, followed by bog soil, aeolian sandy soil, meadow soil, cumulated irrigated soil, but different single indexes of fruit quality of gray jujube showed different superiority under different soil type conditions.
