摘  要:为了探究山苍子穗条中的内含物对其扦插生根的影响情况,以同一野生山苍子植株当年生嫩枝的不同枝段为材料进行了扦插繁殖试验,对其内含物含量进行了测定,并采用Pearson相关性分析法对其内含物含量与各生长性状指标间的相关性进行了分析。试验结果表明:采穗部位不同穗条的生根能力间存在差异,上部枝段穗条的存活率(76.67%)、生根率(64.67%)显著高于中部枝段穗条、高于基部枝段穗条;穗条中含量最多的物质分别为ZT(5.42μg/g)、IAA(10.51μg/g)、淀粉(14.98 mg/g),含量最少的分别为ABA(1.50 mg/g)、黄酮(13.82 mg/g)。相关性分析结果表明:扦插的存活率、生根率与穗条中ZT(0.972、0.989)、IAA(0.713、0.791)、淀粉(0.763、0.773)的含量间均呈显著正相关性,而与ABA(-0.835、-0.868)、黄酮(-0.740、-0.819)的含量间均呈显著负相关性。In order to study effects of inclusions in cuttings on cuttage of Litsea cubeba, using different tender branch sections in a L. cubeba plant as materials, cutting experiments were carded out, inclusion contents were determined, and correlation between inclusion contents and growth indexes was analyzed by using the method of Pearson correlation analysis. The results showed that rooting ability of cuttings from different branch parts had differences. Survival rate (76.67%) and rooting rate (64.67%) of apical cuttings were significantly higher than those of middle cuttings, and were higher than those of basic cuttings. The matters in cuttings at the highest content levels were ZT (5.42 I.tg/g), IAA (10.51 Ixg/g) and starch (14.98 mg/g), and those at the lowest content levels were ABA (1.50 mg/g) and flavonoids (13.82 mg/g). The results of correlation analysis showed that survival rates and rooting rates of cuttings were significantly positively correlated with contents of ZT (0.972 and 0.989),/AA (0.713 and 0.791) and starch (0.763 and 0.773), and was significantly negatively correlated with contents ofABA ( -- 0.835 and -- 0.868) and flavonoids ( -- 0.740 and -- 0.819).
