摘  要:为给解决枣果点锈斑问题提供参考,对中秋酥脆枣使用不同类型果袋和不同的方式进行套袋处理,系统性地研究果实外在品质和内在品质的变化。结果表明:不同套袋处理均能改善中秋酥脆枣的外观品质,锡箔纸包裹处理在防止果斑发生的同时还能大幅度减少生理落果的发生,但导致了果实内在品质的降低,并且单果套袋在生产上有着一定的局限性;比较发现无纺布套袋果实不但外观品质得到了提升,而且对果实的内在品质产生极少的影响。因此,中秋酥脆枣生产实践适宜的果袋为无纺布袋。Abstract: In order to provide some references for solving the problem of fruit rust point in jujube, Zhongqiu crisp jujube fruits were treated by using different types of fruit bags and different bagging ways, and changes of external quality and internal quality of fruits were researched. The results showed that different bagging treatments could improve appearance quality of crisp jujube, the treatment of tin foil was able to reduce the occurrence of fruit points and physiological fruit drop at the same time, but internal fruit quality was reduced, and single fruit bagging had some limitations in production. The results of comparison showed that non-woven bagging could not only improve appearance quality, but also have little impact on internal quality of fruits. Therefore, non-woven bags were suitable for Zhongqiu crisp jujube in production.
