摘　　要：创新发展是国家及区域间竞争的主要决定因素,互联网时代创新发展亦被赋予了新的内涵。从互联网的信息技术属性视角出发,分析其对区域创新的作用机理,结合2005—2015年互联网及创新数据和空间杜宾模型,探讨中国省域互联网发展的时空关联及对区域创新的作用。结果表明:(1)互联网可推动形成跨区域产业网络高效分工下的多重正反馈循环机制,属于新经济结构下的规模报酬递增实现的新路径;(2)中国省域互联网的发展已形成明显的"沿海—内陆"空间分异格局,具有明显的区域差异非收敛性特征和多重轴—辐结构,区域间"数字鸿沟"现象更为明显;(3)在同时考虑地理近邻、地理距离和经济空间三类空间权重下,互联网变量和其空间滞后项均对创新产出有正向影响,相较地理维度的权重,经济维度权重的互联网作用系数值相对更高。经过测算直接效应与间接效应后,发现互联网的区域反馈效应相对较低,即说明互联网对区域创新有较明显的推动效用。The development of innovation is the trend of national competitiveness, and the innovation development of the Intemet age has also been given new connotation. Properties perspective from the Internet information technology, analyzes the mechanism of regional innovation, combined with Internet and innovation in 2005-2015 data model and SDM model, spatial and temporal correlation and the provincial development of the Internet in China to the role of regional innovation. The results showed that： （1） to the Intemet to promote cross-regional industrial network efficient division of labor formed by multiple positive feedback loop mechanism, belong to the scale of increasing return under the new economic structure to implement new path;（2） the development of China＇s Internet has been a ＂inland coastal -＂ space differentiation pattern, has distinct regional non convergence characteristics and multiple axis - wheel structure, the phenomenon of ＂digital divide＂ between the provincial more obvious;（3） considering weight under three kinds of space at the same time, the Intemet variables and their spatial lag item has a positive effect on innovation output, compared with the weight of geographical dimension, the weight of dimensions economy Internet the coefficient value is relatively higher. By measuring the direct and the indirect effect, the area feedback effect of the Internet is relatively low, which means that it has higher innovation and driving utility.
