摘  要:液控单向阀广泛应用在液压回路中。介绍了双向液控单向阀的结构,分析了其工作机制,并提出了反向进油压力较高时的解决方法。针对由双向液控单向阀组成的锁紧回路,计算和分析了液压缸活塞在不同运动方向和不同负载方向时的开锁条件,总结了各种情况下的开锁压力计算公式。还讨论了锁紧回路中换向阀中位机能的选用,并对存在的振动等问题提出了改进措施。Pilot controlled check valve has a wide range of applications in the hydraulic circuit. The structure of the bidirectional pilot controlled check valve was introduced, its working mechanism was analyzed, and the solution was put forward as the reverse inlet pressure was higher. Aiming at the locking loop composed of bidirectional pilot controlled check valve, the unlocking condition was calculated and analyzed as the hydraulic cylinder piston was in different motion direction and different load direction, and the calculation formula of the unlocking pressure in each case was summarized. The selection of the neutral function of the reversing valve in the locking loop was also discussed while putting forward the corrective measures for its inherent vibration.
