摘　　要：水轮机顶盖护板属于精加工部件,加工工艺要求高。针对某水电站1号机组顶盖护板严重磨蚀问题,进行了现场修复。对安装检修及现场修复工艺进行了介绍,为处理类似问题提供了参考。Top cover shield of hydraulic turbine is a finish machined part that requires high processing technology. Aiming at the serious erosion problem of the top cover shield of unit 1 set of a hydroelectric power station, a field restoration was completed. The installation, maintenance and on-site restoration process were introduced, which could provide a reference for dealing with similar problems.
