摘　　要：目的:通过信息化手段实现对护理用低值和高值耗材的全流程闭环精细管理。方法:对原有流程进行梳理和再塑造,并在HIS和ERP既有功能基础上进一步细化完善系统功能,利用信息系统实现关键流程环节规范化操作。结果:新流程和系统的使用,使护理用低值和高值耗材实施实现了耗材管理的全流程闭环实时监控,有效降低了耗材遗漏、损毁的问题,提高了监管力度和精准度。结论:为临床科室执行相关业务提供便捷,也为管理部门提供精细化管理依据,有力实现护理用耗材管理的规范化、制度化和自动化。Objective： To realize whole process closed-loop delicacy management of low-value and high-value consumables by means of information technology. Methods： Based on the combination of reengineering and extension and improvement of existing system function of HIS and EI-P, it realizes that standard operation in key processes by use of information system. Results： By use of new process and system, a whole process closed-loop real-time monitor of management of low-value and high-value consumables is established, which effectively reduces occurrence of consumables missing and damage, and improves accuracy of supervision as well. Conclusion： It not only helps clinical departments to carry out relevant tasks conveniently, but also provides the management basis for management departments, based on which the standardization, institutionalization and automation of the management of consumables realizes.
