摘　　要：目的:探析以三维数字减影血管造影(3D-DSA)技术诊断脑血管疾病的价值。方法:选取2014年1月-2016年12月期间接收的疑似脑血管疾病患者200例,先后给予患者二维数字减影血管造影(2D-DSA)和三维数字减影血管造影(3D-DSA)技术检查,比较分析两组检查方式对脑血管疾病的检出率及准确性。结果:对疑似脑血管疾病的200例,经3D-DSA检测,检出动脉瘤131例,检出脑动脉狭窄或闭塞28例,动静脉畸形21例,烟雾病4例,脑肿瘤2例,其检出率为(186/200)93.0%;经2D-DSA检测,检出率为(160/200)80.0%;两种检查方法检出率比较差异明显,P<0.05。结论:以三维数字减影血管造影(3D-DSA)技术诊断疑似脑血管疾病的临床价值高,能够弥补二维数字减影血管造影(2D-DSA)的不足,优势突出,值得临床推广。Objective： To evaluate the value of three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography （3D-DSA） in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases. Methods： 200 cases of suspected cerebrovascular diseases admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected. All the patients were given the Two-dimensional digital subtraction angiography （2D-DSA） and three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography （3D-DSA） technical examination, then taken comparative analysis of the examination methods for cerebrovascular disease detection rate and accuracy between two groups. Results： After 3D-DSA detection, 131 cases of aneurysms were detected. There were 28 cases of cerebral artery stenosis or occlusion, 21 cases of arteriovenous malformations, 4 cases of moyamoya and 2 cases of brain tumor. The detection rate was （186/200） 93,0%; The results showed that the detection rate of 2D-DSA was （160/200） 80.0%. The detection rate of the two methods was significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The use of three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography （3D-DSA） in the diagnosis of suspected cerebrovascular disease has a high clinical value, which could make up for the lack of two-dimensional digital subtraction angiography （2D-DSA）, its advantages are more prominent, and worth of clinical application promotion.
