摘　　要：目的:建设以电子病历数据为核心、多类数据共存的医院信息数据统一采集平台,对不同信息系统、组织机构间信息进行采集,对数据进行标准化处理,实现医院内部信息整合,稳步推动医院信息资源共享开放。方法:对医院信息数据进行科学分类采集,经过清洗、标准化,将非标准数据转换成标准数据,然后根据业务主索引进行关联。结果:完成医院信息数据的采集,标准化后的数据满足管理决策、临床决策、科学研究、对外信息共享的要求。结论:达到一处采集多处使用,但不能满足实时同步数据的业务需求。Objective： To construct a hospital information data unified collection platform based on electronic medical record data and multi class data coexistence, to collect information between different information systems and organizations, standardize the information data, to realize the integration of hospital internal information data, steadily promote the sharing and opening of information resources in hospitals. Methods： The hospital information data are collected and classified scientifically. After cleaning and standardization, the non-standard data is converted into standardized data, the association is then established based on the business master index. Results： Completed hospital information data collection, the standardized data satisfies the management decision-making, clinical decision- making, scientific research, external information sharing requirements. Conclusion： Collected hospital information data once, repeatedly use, but it can＇t meet the business needs of real-time synchronous data.
