信息化助力陪送中心派工流程优化的实践与成效

摘　　要：目的:建立基于新疆医科大学第一附属医院陪送中心现状的HIS电子预约应用模块,通过规范预约,优化陪送中心派工流程,确保患者陪送、陪检服务的准确性、及时性。方法:根据患者陪送、陪检需求类型设计不同的预约陪送、陪检申请表单,护士根据患者需求在护士站HIS中申请服务,陪送中心根据预约有计划的派工完成工作,实施前后对患者满意度、投诉、员工人工预约检查单、接电话数量进行统计。结果:应用HIS电子预约应用模块以来,患者满意度由91.9%提高到97.4%,护士满意度由90.7%提高到95.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),投诉数量减少,员工人工预约检查单、接电话数量明显减少(P<0.01)。工作流程进一步优化,员工绩效更加合理。结论:通过陪送电子预约模块的应用,降低了陪送中心人力成本,工作效率显著提高。Objective： To establish the electronic reservation application module of HIS based on the present situation of the escort center of our hospital. By standardizing the reservation, we should optimize the dispatching process of the escort center to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the patient escort and escort service. Methods： According to the patient＇s needs, the nurses according to the needs of patients in the nurses station HIS to apply for services, escort center scheduled to send work to complete the work, before and after the implementation of patient satisfaction degree, complaints, staff artificial booking checklist, answer the number of telephone statistics. Results： The patient satisfaction increased from 91.9% to 97.4% and the satisfaction degree of nudes increased from 90.7% to 95.3%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） , the number of complaints decreased, and the employee＇s artificial appointment Check the number of calls, significantly reduced the number of calls （P〈0.01）. The workflow is fttrther optimized and the staff performance is more reasonable, Conclusion： By using the application of the electronic reservation module, the labor cost and the working efficiency of the escort center are reduced obviously.
