摘  要:目的:优化门诊检验流程,减少患者在非就诊环节的时间成本损耗,提升患者满意度。方法:分析武汉大学中南医院现行的门诊检验流程,以患者服务为中心提出门诊检验流程优化。方法:通过程序实现自动取号从而取消预约挂号取号环节,通过接口方式实现在患者完成缴费时进行检验科排队取号,从而取消患者手工取号,优化检验申请单,实现移动支付。结果:通过分析医院近一个月的患者挂号及取号数据,预约挂号的患者中接近67%的患者会到医院提前进行取号,取消预约挂号取号环节,打破时间与空间的预约,使患者能更灵活及准确安排就诊时间。结论:以门诊检验为主线,以患者服务为中心,优化了门诊流程,减少了非就诊时间成本,提升了患者就医体验及满意度。Objective: To optimize the clinical laboratory process, reduce patient's waiting time and improve patient's satisfaction. Methods: This paper analyzes the current outpatient examination procedure, and puts forward the optimizing method, such as cancel the patient's manual number, to realize automatically take No., optimize application form and realize mobile pament. Results: Through the analysis of the data of nearly a month in the hospital patient registration and take a number, nearly 67% of patients make an appointment with the hospital in advance to take a number, through process optimization, patients can be more flexible and accurate arrangements for treatment time. Conclusion: Taking outpatient examination as the main line, optimize the outpatient process based on patient service, reduce the cost of non visiting time, and enhance the patient's experience and satisfaction.
