摘　　要：高校毕业生的就业问题关乎社会安全稳定,妥善解决以高校毕业生为重点的青年就业问题是当前和今后一个时期我国就业工作的首要任务。本文从三个角度对上海高校毕业生就业形势进行分析和预测。基于统计模型预测,给出2018年高校就业形势的统计预测。基于对招聘单位的问卷调查,计算平均招聘计划人数增长率和招聘难度预期指数。基于对高校就业中心相关负责人的问卷调查,获得就业供应方一线专业人员的判断和预期。从而为政府制订相关政策提供量化依据,引导高校就业管理部门早做工作安排,引导社会和经济主体形成合理预期。The employment of university graduates has great influence on social stability. The proper improvement of the employment of the younger generation, especially university graduates, is and will be the priority of government＇s efforts to promote employment. Following the employment data of those to be graduated in 2018, this paper analyses and predicts the employment situation of this class from three different aspects by adopting statistical models. It figures out the average growth rate of recruiting numbers and difficulty index of recruiting based on the questionnaire by employers; it obtains the judgement and predictions of the professionals based on their questionnaire, of university job centers. Then it could provide quantitative basis for government＇s policy, guide employment management departments to take initiatives in advance, and help rationalize the expectation of society and economies
