基于计划行为理论大学生创业意愿实证研究——以福建省348名在校本科生微观数据为例

摘　　要：本文通过采集福建省11所省级重点高校的348位在校本科生有效样本数据,在计划行为理论和国内外研究的基础上,对在校大学生创业意愿进行实证分析,发现创业主观规范影响最弱,创业行为态度最强,创业知觉行为控制次之。通过分析各影响因素的动力因子得出高校和政府应该整合创业导师制、创业训练、资金扶持等措施,通过创业孵化中心对学生的创业需求提供一站式服务,最大限度地激发在校大学生的创业热情。Based on the theory of planned behavior and the domestic and foreign research, an empirical Analysis on undergraduates＇ entrepreneurial intention is conducted in the paper by the effective sample data collected from 348 undergraduates of 11 provincial key universities in Fujian Province. It is found that the factors that affect entrepreneurial intention from weakest to strongest is entrepreneurial subjective norms,entrepreneurial perceived behavioral control and behavior attitude. Through the analysis on dynamic factors, the paper concludes that the college and the government should integrate entrepreneurial mentoring, entrepreneurship training, financial support, and provide one-stop service through incubation center for students＇ entrepreneurial needs as far as possible, to maximize undergraduates＇ entrepreneurial enthusiasm.
