摘　　要：主要分析了导致涂胶机器人3D胶枪涂胶过程中出现胶边缘贴合不良、胶外观褶皱问题的原因,通过对问题点的分析得出解决方案,通过优化喷涂模式、喷涂速度及涂胶工艺参数,解决了3D胶枪喷涂效果不好的问题。The main causes of poor sealing and wrinkle were analyzed. Through the analysis of the problem point, the solution was solved. By optimizing the spraying mode, spraying speed and coating process parameters, the problem of poor spraying effect of 3D glue gun is solved.
