摘 要:甲醛在疫苗生产中常作为灭活剂,但随疫苗注入机体后,会对机体产生一系列刺激性反应,因此需对疫苗中甲醛残留量进行严格控制。近几年随着科学技术的发展,疫苗中甲醛残留量检测方法也得到了改进。本文对近年来疫苗中甲醛残留量检测方法及其应用的研究进行了综述,涉及到的检测方法主要有乙酰丙酮法、品红亚硫酸法、变色酸法、酚试剂分光光度法、气相色谱法和液相色谱法,以期为今后的相关研究提供参考。Objective Formaldehyde is usually used as an inactivating agent in vaccine production, which may cause a series of stimulating reaction after injection of the vaccine into body. Therefore, it is necessary to strictly control the residual formaldehyde content in vaccines. In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, the determination methods for residual formaldehyde content have been improved. This paper reviews the progress in research on determination method for residual formaldehyde content in vaccines, including acetylacetone method, sulfurous acid-magenta method, chromotropic acid test(CAT), MBTH spectrophotometry, gas chromatography and liquid chromatography,which is expected to provide a reference for the related researches in future.
