摘  要:分别采用硫酸铵、国外公司的无铵脱灰剂C及国产无铵脱灰剂B,对浸灰、复灰后的山羊皮进行脱灰,并从脱灰剂用量、浴液pH值、总有机碳(TOC)浓度、脱钙率等方面进行了综合对比分析。结果表明:单独使用国外无铵脱灰剂C脱灰,脱灰液pH值偏低;1.0%国外无铵脱灰剂C结合1.0%硫酸铵脱灰,表现出渗透快,对钙的脱出率高的特点;国产无铵脱灰剂B的脱灰速度较快,脱钙率也较高,综合效果与硫酸铵脱灰类似。Ammonium sulphate and two kinds of non-ammonium deliming agents ( marking as domestic deliming a- gent B and abroad deliming agent C) were used for deliming of liming and reliming goat skin. The deliming effects were analyzed from the dosages of deliming agents, pH value and total organic carbon (TOC) concentration of the de- liming liquid, de-calcification rate, etc. The results suggest that the pH value of deliming liquid is lower than that of normal deliming process under the condition of using the deliming agent C only. The rapid penetration and high remo- ving rate of calcium are shown when using the 1.0% deliming agent C and 1.0% ammonium sulfate collectively. The favourable deliming rate and de-calcification rate are revealed by using deliming agent B, which is similar to that of ammonium sulfate.
